Waffles, toast, or pancakes?

here in the netherlands pancakes are not exactly a breakfast, its a quick and easy dinner

but let me introduce to you Poffertjes


they are pretty much just tiny pancakes, usually eaten with powdered sugar and cream butter :3

Would these be potato cakes in the UK? Man I love potato cakes!
