Correct Dormos, Good Work! I didn't think anyone would get it without more hints. Here's the ones you missed though.

Wielder of an undeath bane (FFIII) - This was refering to one of the swords you get early in the game. Good vs undead and only a Red Mage could equip it.

All over the place, but no fame (FFIX) - This was a rather cryptic and not entirely true statement, but it is refering to the number Red Mages you see throughout the game, though there's none that joins your party.

And a hat with ears through (FFTA) - In FF Tactics Advance only the Viera can be a Red Mage, and their ears stick up through their hat if you look at the portrait.

in terms of fluff, holy help was to be the paladin you should be by that time, and in case someone didnt get that other part, flame was easy and spark was that of life "the spark of life". For the rest, I actually haven't beaten the game so I don't know how they turn out :). (lets not spoil that one :P ) Well done by the way.

I've had 2 idea's but I can only see one of them working. I first thought of Zorn and Thorn who combined into Meltigemini, but the one of us dies threw me off that subject. So then I thought about Cait Sith. He and Reeve are the same person yet in 2 different forms, and act as one kind of. Then Cait Sith dies in the Temple of the Ancients, but then he is revived again so I'm not sure. mmm but then again, although Cait Sith, took the Keystone, he didn't get drawn there by it. He was drawn there by the fact Sephiroth was there. Damn!.

Rachel? from FF6, Locke & Rachel were in love (Acted as one could be defined as together in romance / in love as well as very close) Locke was a treasure hunter (could explain the was drawn here by an item part) and Rachel would always follow him on his treasure hunt's. One day slipping and falling to her death.

Right ok. I've looked over and I've come up with an answer.

Chardarnook Demon and the Chardarnook Woman in FF6 reason being:

In tandem we dwell (they are the same person/boss in one battle)
and appear to swell (They take over each other/switch bodies every now and then to continue the battle, just as when fighting Ifrit and Shiva, they switch to change their skills)
both are as one (Again although they are 2 separate things, they are classed as one battle/one boss)
which is undone? (In this battle you fight both of them, but in the end, the one that dies is the one you kill that's showing at the time. So if the other one isn't showing, it's technically still there. Therefore one of them has died the other is still alive but just vanished.)

The longer you wait to fight Diablos the stronger he gets. If you fight him at lvl 7 he's gonna be weaker than if you fight im at lvl 100, basically because his lvls raise when yours do but still, it fights.

Hmm...as far as I remember, the only times when Zidane is alone are in the Ice Cavern and at Pandemonium. So I'm going to guess either the Black Waltzes or the three enemies he fights alone at Pandemonium. If I'm wrong, I'll try and think of something else.

it's the three -ero brothers.... it's only two of them (Genero and Benero) when you crash into Evil Forest and at the play in Alexandria, but at the start of disk 3, you're as zidane alone in alexandria and you find the 3 of them in the weapons shop and play a game of guess the brother or sumthin... Genero, Benero, and Zenero is the third.
