Finished Day 2 of this juice fast.

The weekend is coming up, quicker than I expected, and my friend Sean is supposed to come over on Saturday. .. One problem though: Jay's account is somehow negative. And we owe Sean a night of drinking 'cuz the server @ the bar effed up the tickets and ran the wrong cards on the wrong checks. So IDK how that's gonna pan out.

Anywho. So Saturday is definitely gonna be a problem. Cooking dinner, drinking... I can take -1- day off, right?

I've used up all of my kale already (I should've gotten 2 or 3 bunches of Kale & Spinach.. I got 2 of spinach, but I wasn't sure how much I'd like Kale & it's such a -big- leafy green.. IDK).. I underestimated it getting used up that quickly. I'm also almost out of celery. Oh well. I still have plenty of apples and spinach and carrots and oranges and grapefruits and stuff. Hopefully it'll all last until Wednesday. We're planning on leaving for Texas as soon as Jay gets off of work, though we may have to wait until Thursday when he (hopefully) gets paid.

Either way, I've been doing well on this whole fasting thing .... For only 2 days of it. ha.

It's just hard when I have to cook dinner for Jay and stuff. Then eating solid food gets tempting. I've been avoiding cooking like the plague but he kinda gets annoyed and acts like he doesn't know what a skillet is, so I'm stuck with it.
