Yep. So I was watching the fight sequence between Roxas and Sora, and it was at the part where Roxas disarms Sora and the keyblade pops back into his hands. Then I though to myself, man wouldent that suck if he was like at the bank or somthing when that hapend? So yep thats pretty much how this came about. I'l start off with one:

(based on how at one point Roxas' struggle sword turns into the keyblade and going on the assumption that anything you are holding onto when it appears gets turned into the keyblade)
Sora is meetin the president of America and is about to shake his had when keyblade appears

It's not really funny, but I thought it would really annoying if the keyblade appeared while he was trying to talk in the Pridelands

Also I don't think the Keyblade can kill. It surely can't stab people (although the Soul Eater version could), and it would take a pretty powerful whack to crush somebody to death. The keyblade appearing out of nowhere wouldn't kill anybody... but it might get stuck in somebody's body... maybe it wouldn't be possible to remove it without them dying.
