You could've made a post like this at any point in the site's history. It has never stayed still.
I might be wrong but even if EoFF suddenly got 100 active posters for the rest of the year, I don't know if we'd have the Ciddies again. I'm super nerdy and checked out the average age of our current top 10 posters and our top 10 posters 15 years ago, in 2004. Right now it's 31 and back then it was 18. What an 18 year old wants from an online community is very different from what a 31 year old wants. We're all growing and changing. Or at least, I am. I was a moron back then and now I've blossomed into an idiot.
The only person to make both top 10 lists is of course BoB. I came very close but was #11 in 2004...!

I've also come back to the forum after a very long hiatus (mostly due to my excitement for the remake release) and I was very happy to see familiar usernames still posting.
You're probably more likely to see familiar faces than new ones, I would guess.
