Its in the 60s here, and I wore a jacket and was shivering.
I don't know what it is in Fahrenhuit, but when it got to -10.C in winter I almost died, it was too cold for snow, we just got ice every single morning. Oh god *shudder*
Wow. That's like heaven for me. I love the cold and the dark. So I love winter.
I'll usually wear a sweatshirt or jacket if it manages to get below 50°F now, and anything above 70°F is shorts weather.
I used to consider anything above 50°F to be hot, and it had to get below 30°F for me to put on anything extra. California has made me wimpy.![]()
Boy am I an unfunny ass.
The temperature isn't the only factor in deciding if it's cold enough to wear certain types of clothing. You have to consider the amount of time you'll be out in the elements. If it was 20 degrees F and I was just going to my car outside my apartment to go to work, I would still only wear shorts and a T-shirt because I would be in the weather for all of 1 minute.
I get chilly at about 55 degrees F, I guess.
The force will tell you when it is cold.
If it's under 65ish degrees farenheit,then i'm cold.
If it's above 85ish degrees farenheit,then i'm hot.
It's cold outside when my hands and ears are cold... Then I'll know I definitely need to wear a winter coat - and gloves and maybe a hat as well, of course.
It's much easier to tell when it's too hot to wear a winter coat when going outside... I tend to sweat just a tad when I'm really hot![]()
Any and every day here in Scotland I'd say it's cold enough to wear a jacket. There's the odd day when it might be alright to not wear a jacket, but I don't like leaving home without my jacket anyway - the weather here tends to go from sunny and warm to cold and wet in a matter of moments.![]()
Californians are pussies when it comes to cold whether. People here still wear sweaters in May.
It's cold when it's 5 celsius, and comfortable when it's 20-25 Hot is 30+
everything is wrapped in gray
