You're going to have to take into account locations, and your situation. I can give you a basic outline but I can't change your situation. You're going to have to mould what I'm about to say to suit you, and your situation.
Firstly, you've got to ask yourself this;
Do you know someone trustworthy who drives a car? Fast?
This is probably one of the most important aspects, but maybe not number one. You'll have to have a getaway car, otherwise you can't exactly run down the street with the weight of a male human on your weary shoulders. It wouldn't suit you, and it wouldn't suit your situation.
The next important thing to remember is having the right materials. You're not going to be able to get him without these things;
Rope.
Duct tape.
A body sized bag.
You'll need these.
Now, the basic principle is to catch him off guard. Preferably in an alley way, or somewhere quiet and unguarded. If you have no choice, watch out for the red guards, their eyes can shoot fire, and it takes away 2000 HP.
Once you have manoeuvred yourself into the correct situation, you must put the sack over his head, then his whole entire body. He won't be able to struggle, much, if the bag is tight enough.
Here comes the car. Haul him into the trunk. His screams shouldn't be too audible in there.
Once you have him home, you may use the duct tape and rope for whatever you wish. Basically, you'll "have him".
