How cold is cold?

Cold is considered to be the zero absolute which equals the temperature where all the particles stop their movement...that´s what it is...

It often gets below -30C/-22F in the winters here. That is rather cold. Cold is however kind of relative. If it's -15C and the sun is shining, you don't need a jacket, but if it's 15C and heavy wind, you do. I do not mind cold though, as you can just put on a jacket if you're freezing. Heat is much worse as there's a limit to how much clothes you can take off.
