Well if it was so apparently disgusting, then how did it ever get approved for tv airtime? You're interpreting it in a disgusting way, but since the commerical is aimed at kids I doubt they'd find it so.
Seeing as how it's nothing more than "bio-ooze", I personally couldn't care less if my kid rubbed it in. If that's his idea of fun then good for him. I'd probably just tell him to kick the kid's ass or squirt it back in his face.
Well, considering you say "I am what I eat", and I am GooeyToast, by that logic I eat gooey toast, thus eat myself. I payed perfect attention to it. Problem was it made no sense. Whoever said I eat gooey toast to begin with? It's nothing more than a user name. You call the video disgusting yet you make a failed insult implying the subject matter.
