Which Final Fantasy Character Are You?
Final Fantasy IX for me. The intro to FFIX was my intro to the FF series, and of course it was a game I couldn't put down once I started playing. Loved every signle moment of the game.
FFVIII was close to my least favorite FF game, but still it wasn't a bad game overall. i'd rather play FFVIII than most other games, but as compared to other FF's, it just didn't live up to the competition.
FFIX FTW.

VIII's story was alright, but not that special. The characters were alright ('specially Zell) but again, nothing that makes me really like them. The draw system annoyed me, as did the fact that I can't even use items without a GF. The music was pretty good sometimes, but not as good as IX's. IX had more better music, interesting characters, humor, moogles, and a somewhat interesting story.
I said it before, and I won't retract my statement unless paid to. IX!
Especially Zell? That's funny because I personally had always viewed him as the biggest waste of character space, not changing at all (as most of them don't) and contributing absolutely nothing to the story, whereas most of the others contributed at least a little bit. Were it up to me, I'd have killed him off.

Which Final Fantasy Character Are You?
Boy who is not able satisfactorily to explain what a Hrung is, nor why it should choose to collapse on Betelgeuse Seven
Brian: "If I remember correctly, this is the Physics Department."
Chris: "That would explain all the gravity."
ix is the masterpiece of all final fantasies
finished: ff3ds, ff4,ff5, ff7,ff8,ff9,ff10,ff tactics and advance
FFIX of course. FFVIII was dry and dull by the time you got to the end because you could pwn anything that got in your way. It's story didn't help, it had depthless characters which fanboys and girls tried to overcomplicate (*cough*R=U *cough*). FFVIII had a pretty boy main character who they knew would win fans without any depth, FFIX had a funny likable character with a large amount of character depth and development.
All in all, IX>VIII, from personal expirence, all who deny this usually only liked FFVIII out of all FFs (not including VII they still usually like that).
