I think Bundy would walk out the clear winner, using the unusual destructive power he's built up over the years in his right arm from a combination of throwing Football's, bowling and drinking plenty of beer to score a one punch KO on Sephiroth.
But Sephiroth has a giant blimey sword and Al Bundy can't matrix ._. :S
