"Big baby" is not an oxymoron, as some babies are considerably bigger than others. The insult is also not an oxymoron because it is not implying that you are the size of the baby but that you whine more than one.

An oxymoron just has to be two contradictory terms. So it doesn't matter what they are meant in the context. That's why 'pretty ugly' is an oxymoron even if I say "It looks pretty ugly to me." Or Civil War, the Civil is for Civil Rights, not being in a mannerly fashion.
