Pfft... I know a lot of people that've tried that and got whooped by the wireframes.

The way my cousin did it was using Falco staying on one side of the level using his blaster to keep all of the wireframes away from him.
He's trying to UNLOCK Falco. :P

The Down + B thing with DK is how I did it. It gets a bit iffy after 70 or so, but be careful and it should be ok.
