The Godfather putting himself out in this kind of position is highly unlikely.

Why would such a powerful Mafia role stick his neck out like this, when there really isn't a need?

He would have to have some kind of contingency plan to keep himself safe, and banking on a Cop having investigated him is a horribly flimsly plan if you ask me.

So if anything, I do believe Will is innocent if anything.

However, I still have nothing on Ema, and I'm tempted to believe she's guilty.

And finally, the roles aren't likely to be forced to do something everynight unless otherwise stated, such as the Over-eager Vigilante.

So really, there shouldn't be anything forcing a roleblocker to block each night.
