True only for single player. The mechanics for multiplayer are different, as stated in my previous post. @Lunar, he may use the Minimap, but he doesn't use very good hotkeys.

I finally got to Hell so I'm able to do my favorite D2 activity in Hell: Countess runs. I don't know why but I immensely enjoy cruising the tower and busting super unique monsters on the way down.

So, NM Baal runs (not for exp, for Baal mfing) are quite a bit more rewarding that I originally thought. I found 3 of the 4 Aldur's pieces in 2 runs, and I found this beauty, which I didn't even know nm Baal could drop.
It's so pretty.

Sweet, I just randomly loaded up D2 last week and just cruising along in it =) ... I know I'm fairly new to the forums here and whatnot, but after I saw D3 in the works the ole nostalgia kicked in and had to load DII.
Anyways, I'm on as xChunkx and currently have a summon Necro in NM. (Just starting pretty much)
Never played d2 much either so don't know all the equipment and goodies of the game.
Do you guys setup runs or whatnot throughout the week?

We don't have scheduled runs per say, it's more of a "Hey, we're on at the same time! What do you want to do today?"
Honestly, I'd probably play with you guys again, but thanks to the PM wiping(no idea what that was about) I lost the CD key Cim provided me like a year ago. Hope you guys have fun though.

He's level 75 in Hell, so there's no reason why he can't drop most stuff. By the way, we hate you for finding one that is close to the highest defense, and also one that is not Eth.
We only really do runs when we feel like it, or when the people online are doing different things. I make it a conscious effort to have characters that can play with others at any level. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. If I'm not playing with you, I'm just screwing around in Hell, getting Exp from monsters to get high enough for crafting.
