okay this is a bit of a stupid question but i am bored so i thought i'd ask it anyway.

So Balthier was (SPOILER)called Ffamran right? but was this his (SPOILER)actual name or his (SPOILER)Judge name cos you know like it turns out that Gabranth is actually (SPOILER)called Noah. I always asumed that it was his (SPOILER)actual name, ffamran and he just changed it to Balthier when he ran off but the Gabranth thing got me thinking?

As for Gabranth, (SPOILER)that was his mother's Maiden name which he took when Landis fell and felt betrayed by Basch who still uses their Father's surname.

thanks for clearing that up for me guys, it just got me wondering about whether the other judges had done the same but if it's (SPOILER)his real name and he only changed it to go on the run it seems its just Gabranth tht had(SPOILER) used a different name as a judge

I'm guessing your referring to Gabranth's name... It's not stated in the game but its in the Ultimania guide. I really hate how bad SE is about doing stuff like this.

(SPOILER)Ffamram is used by Dr. Cid in the Draklor Laboratory (SPOILER)and in most of his meetings with Balthier. Noah is used by Basch in the end of the game but the actually story as to why Noah goes by Gabranth is only stated in the Ultimania.
