I drive a manual shift and have no problem with my heels. I do not live in the US and I do not drive a big ass car. I guess maybe men would have trouble driving with heels though.

I can't say that I've ever seen a women driver be so inconsiderate whether driving a car or a truck. Men seem to think that they own the road.
