Favorite Character Themes

[FFIX Choco Boy]

So, I want to know everyone's favorite character theme from any game. I enjoy character themes more than pretty much any other theme in games, except maybe the ending themes, and so I love listening to them. I just enjoy how they usually capture the entire character and put them into song. It's interesting to think about.

Anyways, my favorite is "Dull, Swift Doberman", the theme from the (dot)Hack//G.U. trinity for Piros the 3rd.

Usually ZUN works backwards though, he composes a theme then makes the character to fit.

Also Kagome Kagome isn't Tewi's theme, her theme is White Flag of Usa Shrine. Kagome Kagome is just Reisen's stage theme, where Tewi shows up as well to shoot at you.

Locke's from Final Fantasy VI and Barret's from Final Fantasy VII.

Locke's just seems like the perfect airship theme too. I usually have it running in the background when I'm flying any airship.

From FF5, Reina.
From FF6, Locke, Gau, Relm, and Edgar.
From FF7, Aeris and Tifa. The latter is the best character theme ever.
From FF8, I don't remember there being character themes other than Edea's, Julia's and Squall's.
From FF9 and later, none really stand out.

From games outside FF, the only one I can immediately think of that even has character themes that stand out is Chrono Trigger. Frog and Magus are both brilliant.
