    Default Ranma 1/2

So I've been watching some of my old anime and came back across one of my old school fave series, Ranma 1/2. The tale of a boy who turns into a girl and is betrothed to his father's friends daughter against his will so they can pass on the Anything Goes School of Martial Arts.

I love this series and it was always funny just down to its bizarre concept. Anyone else here a Ranma fan or am I just too old...

I loved it when I was younger. I have a few issues of the manga in my car.

Rumiko Takahashi is kind of made of fail though. Her series are repetitive as hell.

...except Maison Ikkoku which is brilliant.

Ranma 1/2 is very funny at times but like a lot of Takahashi went on for way too long.

I love Ranma 1/2, but I have to agree with Shlup. Even the later seasons of Ranma start recycling story arcs pretty badly. I still enjoy some of the other stuff, but she didn't exactly blaze any trails with it.
