I'd have to agree with the general consensus of Balthier, though I am rather fond of XIII-2's incarnation of Hope. Seriously, he can teach me how to throw his boomerang anyday.
On that topic, Noel is actually well put together too. It's a shame, really, if he were the main character of FFXIII I probably would have liked it more.
