Great old games that people don't talk about very often

I am trying to remember a great little game I used to play, but I cannot remember for the life of me the name or console it was on. D: You were in a tank and it played as a top down overworld sort of thing. ...I remember less than I thought I did. xD

Ah well. If more people talked about it, I'd totes remember what it was. Entirely fits with the thread.

Nah, that's not it. I really have so little memory of this game, I don't think I'll ever find it. I have already went back on the notion that you were definitely in tanks. It was possibly just army men you controlled. I will report back if I ever find it.
