I'm still wondering how close Chili's "Memphis" Dry Rub ribs actually are to being anywhere close to authentic (as good as they may be). It's been so long since I've stopped & eaten anywhere in Memphis.

We were supposed to go to a Grizzlies game last month since they were doing so well, but tickets were outrageous. -_-;; Sad Face! (I'm so not a basketball fan. I'll go to a game though as long as I can drink and be merry).
