I fancy France. England look boringly set up to relive either 2004/2006 or 1990 with the possibility of facing Portugal or Germany in the quarters (if they even get out of the group...). A lot of rubbish teams in this tournament, which means a decent chance of a minnow going pretty far. Egypt were my dark horses to get to the semis or the final until Salah decided to fall over.
