Personal Life

Gamers have lives! And if they run out of them, they best hope they'll have a continue left.

  1. Control yourself - take only what you need from it.

Jiro made a thread about blogs in the staff forum and it got me thinking about... well, blogs. I haven't posted one in a while so I figured I may as well. Here's a very quick and pointless run-down on what's going on in my world.

I went to the Isle of Arran on Saturday for a nice trip, partly because some of Danielle's family were also going there, partly because it was a means to catching up with Mo & Abbey who we met there last time and partly because it was a nice place to go ...

  2. The Measles? Really?

You would think that it's evey subs dream to show up to work and pop in a movie. It isn't. I'm so bored! I Am Legend was good in first period, but I really did not need to watch it again immediatley after.

And could they drag out the dog thing any longer? I will not cry in front of the teenagers, I will not cry in front of the teenagers, I will not cry in front of the teenagers.

smurf teenagers. And the kid in the back is a dick. He looks like a nice nerdy kid, but he ...

  3. Being "Immune" to the Zombie Infection is Just a Nice Way of Saying You have No Brain

The second book, The Dead Tossed Waves... I read it. What can I say? I'm a competionist when it comes to books, even if it's garbage. And, yes, the sequel was garbage, but not in the fun What the smurf are you doing?? How have you survived this long, you stupid whore?? kind of way.

It was boring. In fact, I skimmed maybe even most of it. There were a lot of pages where I read one sentence, just to be sure the author was still describing the same smurfing thing. It took twenty pages ...

  4. You Deserve to Be Eaten by Zombies

    Pop quiz!

The barriers against the zombies is breeched, and your village is overrun. You manage to escape with your older brother, best friend, betrothed, your love, a random first grader, and your dog. After a few days, you find another town, but it has also been overrun by zombies. You and your love make it to a house, while the rest of your party gets up in a tree house. There is a platform on the roof that once had a rope bridge to the treehouses, but it has been cut and now hangs ...

  5. Welcome to the tora zone

In my ever continuing quest to move up in this world, I've decided to start writing. I made a LinkedIn account yesterday (because you're not professional until you have one!) and there was this field where you could fill in your skills and stuff, and I saw I didn't really any skills that are useful in the world of professional douches so I just picked "writing and editing". I have no idea what I'm going to write about, but I can at least start with blog posts that nobody cares about. ...

  7. Innocence Project

I'm working in my law school's Innocence Project clinic this semester. The Innocence Project is one of my favorite non-profits, whose mission it is to find people wrongly convicted of crimes and work to exonerate them. The clinic basically involves getting law school students to do all the work, as the number of people petitioning the Innocence Project is massive. So I will be working to figure out if the clients given to me are innocent. The most well-known (and easiest) way this is done is by ...

  8. Old Stuffs (Vol. 2)

Continuing to showcase some old stuff. Now this next drawing is of Sailor Jupiter. I'm sure I've showed it before, but it's definitely something I liked. At the time, back in high school, I would often doodle during class. This one time, a girl asked me to draw a picture for her, so I said I would do that. The next day, or the next time we had class since classes were alternating by day, I handed her this drawing. She thought it was cute so that made my day.

    Um, here's that drawing. ...
  9. The first slap round the face of 2011

Blog number 2 and I have some bad news!

My new band, the one I started with 2 professional session musicians I met back in October, the drummer lost his job and has decided to leave Dublin and move to London to find work

So it's beginning to look increasingly more likely that band number 8 is just about dead! I'm seriously getting sick of this sh*t! Last year I put 6 months of work into getting band 7 off the ground and thanks to the attitude of an ultimately flakey ...
  10. Already 6 years here? Sure is long isn't it?

Dear Eoff and Eoffers and who this might concern,

Wow, I realized I have spent six years here in EoFF although I think I am only active for like half or less than that duration! But the thing is I still remember to come back here every now and then!

I find it kinda hard to believe that I actually didn't forget about this place nor most of the people here! Although most of them that I knew aren't active anymore but hey, I get to know new people too as time ...
