EDIT: I just realised, I haven't actually posted an answer. I alternate between naked (boxers etc get tangled in my balls and it's reeeeaaally uncomfortable in the morning), and....no wait. Yeah just naked.

Depending on the weather, really. Sometimes I prefer to where absolutely nothing, this includes during the winter as well! I also tend to sleep using a fan, every single night, no matter how cold it is. Maybe I'm strange, but I seem to sleep better with a cold breeze on me with tons of blankets.
Times I wear clothes can vary, if theres company, then of course I will, and if I'm at a friends house, or a relative, or even a hotel with other people, I would of course not sleep naked.
T-shirt and Boxers. Always has been. Always will be.
you tell em. I usually have to wrap one around my feet and another around my torso just to get a good warm sleep.
Failing that.. boxers because its just too warm in this room, and the window doesnt fully open.
I'm a big fan of the Mars Bar Diet; You don't eat the Mars bar, you stick it up your arse and let a rottweiler chase you home.
