Nap time.

I nap if I go to bed late and get up early, if I'm hungover, and if I've got a headache. A power nap for like 30 minutes to an hour.

If I nap during the day I wake up with a stinking headache and even more annoyed than when I went to sleep. Hence I stay awake all day.

I enjoy taking naps in the evening (which is the best time for it). Since they make me restless, I sleep 7 hours every night before work.
