My guess match the following hints:
The answer is a person.
The answer exists in the game's world, i.e. it's not something the player could be aware of but not the characters.
The existence of the answer could be questioned.
The answer is quite obscure, and of very little importance to the game.
It's unknown whether the person is alive or dead. (I mean, Quan did appear in a secret scene with Vivi and Quina, right?)
