the only main female that had any substance to her was garnet. other than that, they are all braindead empty shells cast by the model of society.

I don't honestly detect much personality in the latest male characters appearing either. In my opinion, they're all a bunch of typical bishounen with about as much depth as a doorknob and can frequently be nothing more than simplistic cliches.

Lets hope FF versus XIII will change that...(except the bishounen part lol)
