Actually, no, the brain is above the breast, that's just basic human anatomy. Unless someone is doing a handstand or hanging upside down, in which case the breast is over the brain. But I agree with you that it would be cool if the breast was over the brain. A forehead booby would be tits (or tit, if you want to get technical)!
