• ... And Goodwill Towards Men

Merry "gonna be" Christmas.  Of course, since we care so much about political correctness, we're instead, forced to say "Happy Holidays," even though all of the holidays that are traditionally represented by this statement do not actually fall anywhere close to December 25th.  Hanukkah was, like, a week ago, and Kwanzaa ends on New Year's Day, so I fail to see how this statement is adequate at all.  We should state our approval of whichever holiday is occurring.  That's Christmas.

But, since we're going to be multi-cultural, and try not to offend anyone (though I'm sure that I have already failed), we shall make note of as many holidays as we can with these simple statements, starting with: Happy Belated Hanukkah, Happy Early Kwanzaa, Happy Solstice (for astrologists), Merry Saturnalia (for those practicing pagan Roman religion), Happy Festivus and Chrismukkah, a Wonderful New Year (and Decade), a very late Pearl Harbor bombing anniversary, early Super Bowl Sunday, early Valentine's Day, early St. Patrick's Day, early April Fool's, rancorous Cinco de Mayo, a solemn and reflectful Memorial Day, a fun-filled early Flag Day, US Independence Day, early Labor Day, a fright-filled Halloween, a prayerful All Saints Day, and Thanksgiving, along with all of those other holidays that I have not thus far mentioned.

Enjoy the blizzard snow, well, those of you that got hit by it.  Now's the best time to make the snowballs, because now that the top layer has melted and re-frozen, these snowballs will hurt when thrown.  And here I was told that giving is better than receiving.

On behalf of the EoFF Site Staff (and begrudingly, the Forum Staff), Merry Everything.  We'll see you again after the new year.
