• SE is Teasing something.... again...

    As we all know by now, Square Enix loves to tease things. Usually we get really excited about it and it turns out to be some mobile game that wont even be released in the EU, NA, or AU regions that most of our fans on Eyes on FF are from. Guess what is happening?

    Square Enix is teasing another game on this new webpage with a simple 1.8.2014 logo. This time though we already know it's a mobile game because it's in conjunction with social media games developer Gloop.

    Now of course we will have to wait until Jan 8th to figure out what it is. The background image has a bit of a Final Fantasy feel to it but Gloop tends to have some very stylized art so it could be anything. The site refers to it as "Destiny 8" or "Destiny VIII".

    What is your opinion on yet another mobile game by SE? What's your opinion on SE an its love for teaser sites? Do you think teasers like this should be reserved for bigger titles to build hype? Share your thoughts!

      Generally these hyped up announcements are for things the core fans won't want, hence the need for hype.

      Was there any hype surrounding the FFXV and KH3 E3 announcements? Nope, because they knew they wouldn't need it.

      For this reason these hyped up things have the opposite effect on me now.

      Ignoring the fact her boobs are sagging, sounds fine so far. Shame it's a mobile game, though. They could have at least gone for a Steam release or something.
