• Patch 2.5 "Before the Fall" trailer released!

    The new trailer for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn's Patch 2.5 has been released! Slated for release on January 20th, many things are being added in for adventurers to experience! Check out the 10 minute trailer to see some of the new additions.



    The patch will include two-thirds of the main scenario quests pertaining to the finale, along with three new dungeons, and the "World of Darkness" raid which is the conclusion of the Crystal Tower quest line.

    The second part of the "Before the Fall" storyline will be released sometime around the end of March. Before that though, Square Enix will release patch 2.51, which will contain the Manderville Gold Saucer with playable mini-games such as Chocobo Racing, Chocobo Breeding, and the Final Fantasy VIII card game Triple Triad.

      Gold Saucer looks amazing. 2.5 doesn't seem to have much for a guy like me (still, you never know) but 2.51 looks epic.

      Cerberus, Medusa, Atomos... Wow, World of Darkness looks pretty intense. I need something new though instead of ST.

      May have to renew my sub for this, maybe. Was wanting to wait until Heavensward though.
