Now, now, Microsoft fans deserve some FFVII, too.

And seeing that FFVII was never a PlayStation exclusive, but was on PlayStation first before going to PC, I don't see the issue here.

They're not going to put it on the Genesis. It was on Playstation first because they wanted it on disks and not cartridges, so no worries there.

And the trailer gives the impression of an all-in remake. Which is good, cause it needs to be worth it after all this time, but a little scary b/c the trailer seems to be hinting at heavy compilation tie-in. Regardless, hopes are up. Dang you, SE.

I think I'm one of the few not bothered by the Compilation. This is the first piece of news out of Square Enix where I am legitimately hyped.

They had to go and ruin one of the most important and meaningful scenes in the entire game.

It's bad enough they're undoubtedly going to give us emo Cloud. I won't get it if Genesis is put in.

I know that. I am FINE with multiplatform releases.

I'm NOT fine with a company paying a few thousand dollars just to deprive people using other consoles of the game for a few weeks/months. It's a completely bulltrout business practice.
