• Square Enix Honours David Bowie with Free Game Offer

    In honor of the recently deceased legend, David Bowie, Square Enix is offering Omikrom: The Nomad Soul for free download until January 22nd. Mr. Bowie composed much of the music (along with Reeves Gabriel) for the game. Bowie and his wife Iman also made appearances in the game. Omikrom: The Nomad Soul is an futuristic adventure game, which was originally released on the PC and Sega Dreamcast. Plans were made for a Playstation and Playstation 2 release, but both were scrapped, despite the Playstation version being 70% complete.

      I didn't hear about this either until the free offer was announced. Of course, I didn't have a Dreamcast either.
