Final Fantasy XI to Stay on PS2 and Windows

Contrary to reports that Final Fantasy XI would appear on the X-box, it seems that Square will be limiting it's online installment to PS2 and Windows formats only. Thus the X-box, not being Windows based, is counted out. Tomoyuki Takechi mentioned that future Final Fantasy games will go multi-platform (i.e. X-box, GameCube).
