During a livestream today, Square Enix released two new trailers today emphasizing on the game's aesthetics with a stage trailer and a costumes trailer.
Each of the revealed characters alternates costumes are shown and most of them carry on the same ones seen in Duodecim, but notably Lightning wears her Lightning Returns outfit, newcomer Y'sholta sports a white robe, and Ramza dons his mercenary armor.
The stage trailer reveals Final Fantasy XIV's first stage for the series, Porta Decumana. Porta Decumana is the arena where the final battle takes place in the 2.0 version of A Realm Reborn.
The villain side in this game has been relatively sparse, but we're sure to see more until the release of the game for PlayStation 4, which at this moment, the date is still undisclosed.

Square Enix released more videos of their monsters from the upcoming World of Final Fantasy game. Here we see Minotaur, Mimic Queen, Mist Dragon , and Sea Snake, along with their abilities. World of Final Fantasy is due for the Playstation 4 and Vita systems on October 25 in North America, October 27 in Japan, and October 28 in Europe.

Square Enix has released a ton of new screenshots for the upcoming Final Fantasy XV, due out September 30 on both the Playstation 4 and XBox One. Included in these screenshots are Chocobos, which at a certain point of the game you can rent, like a Divvy Bike, and acquire the classic Chocobo Whistle. There's also a few pics of the delicious food available in game as well as some battle and equipment shots.

Manabu Daishima, 45, a graphic designer for Square Enix passed away on August 8, 2016 while diving off the coast of the Shizuoku Prefecture on the southwest coast of Japan. He did work on such titles as monster designs for Romancing SaGa, field graphics for Chrono Trigger, battle effect graphics for Parasite Eve, 3D map and background design for Final Fantasy XII and Dirge of Cerebus: Final Fantasy VII, and world graphic design for Secret of Mana.

Next friday Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV will arrive at select theaters in the US. That's right Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV will be in theaters on August 19th! Of course you want to see it! But will you be able to? Here's a list of the participating theaters that are showing the feature length film.
Looks like if you're in Texas, you're spoiled with locations! Don't worry though. If you can't see this movie in theaters, you'll be able to digitally acquire this on August 30th via streaming services, followed by a Blu-ray release coming October 4th. The game Final Fantasy XV will be released for PS4 and XBOX One on September 30th.

Yoshitaka Amano, character artist and designer for Tatsunoko and Square will release a new art-book featuring illustrations from his career of over thirty years. Included in the book is an inside look into his creative process and highlighting how he goes from ideas, to sketches, to the full picture. Several designs from the early years of Final Fantasy's history will appear in the book including the Warrior of Light, Firion, Golbez, and more.
The book will cost $19.99 and be published by Viz Media. It will hist stores on August 9th.

According to financial statements released by Official Gazette, Square Enix's new studio Tokyo RPG Factory, the developers of I Am Setsuna have sees a 224 Million Yen loss this year which is roughly 2.4 million US dollars. Their first game, I Am Setsuna, released in Japan back in February of this year for PlayStation 4 and Vita. In Japan I Am Setsuna sold 33,629 copies on PlayStation 4 and 27,994 copies on PlayStation Vita in its first week. That is not awful for a new IP, but it wasn't good in regards to Square Enix and the deficit makes it clearly apparent.

Announced via the official Final Fantasy Twitter page, World of Final Fantasy is receiving a new trailer tomorrow and in addition the game will also be getting a Collector's Edition.
World of Final Fantasy was announced last year during Sony's E3 conference and it made a reappearance at the convention last year showing story details and gameplay. We're still a few months away from the game's release date on October 25 of this year, but we'll be keeping an eye out for the trailer tomorrow and any details for the game.

Square Enix announced on their North American site the Box Art for Final Fantasy XV for both the XBox One and the Playstation 4. Both boxes feature The Four Dudes preparing to battle some unseen enemy. The game is set for release worldwide on September 30, 2016.
