In addition to the previous videos, we also have a collection other Tokyo Game Show trailers and gameplay videos. Also, a fascinating set of images featuring FFXIII Versus' characters in some badass suits.

...Certain details concerning FFXIII have slowly found its way here from the Tokyo Game Show. And since we only care about FFXIII, no one will say anything about the new FFXIV trailer that's up on the official website. Not a single soul. Also, enjoy this picture of a FFXIII themed PS3.

...Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers for the Nintendo Wii has had its release date confirmed as being December 26, 2009.
In other news, Bible Black cosplayer and female FFXIII character Serah Farron has had information revealed about her, and not just featured as the new FFXIII eye candy. Images aplenty! Grab them while they're still on the top page. Or else.
...As though being on the roster for the impossibly good Philadelphia Eagles were not enough, starting quarterback Sazh Kalzroy has been shown to have a son (with afro and all), a victim of the librarian villianess, which inspired Sazh to join Lightning. His name is Dajh.
On a related note, the screenshots also feature images of the Optima system, which allows a player to set specific functions for party characters. It's like FFXII's Gambits, but not quite as sucky.
FFXIII's main theme song was also recently revealed, Kimi ga Iru Kara. It translates to something like "Because You're With Me." Video attached.

I don't actually read the news posts of my fellow editors, mostly because I don't know how to read.
To further reinforce the point, FFXIII's release date will be 12/17 in Japan. I didn't need to tell people about the existence of Dissidia: Fine Tuning, but I did, because I don't read.
On a related note, it would very definitely appear that FFXIII has been hamstringed by the dual releases on the PS3 and the XBox360. The limits of the DVD as opposed to the BluRay are much higher, and it would appear that things have been adversely affected. More information to be found in the source.

The Tokyo Game Show is in a few weeks, and even before that Square-Enix is having a special event, so we can expect even more details from that.

...What we have here are some rather shocking images from FFXIII, featuring everyone's favorite librarian villianess and FFXIII hero Sazh. FFXIII seems to be a big fan of deeply, intellectually, and proud stimulators of post-racial politics discussion, as evidenced by an image of Jihl about to give a smackdown to Sazh. Also, some more images of Lightning in action.
And we have some more images for Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep for the PSP. Nothing here that Rush Limbaugh could lie about. There is also a new trailer out for it.
...Indeed.
In other news, it has been told to Famitsu (by certain SE developers) that there will be a working demo of FFXIII at the Tokyo Game Show. Additionally, more details have also been revealed about the new Kingdom Hearts entry, Birth By Sleep; the game will last about 15 hours for each character, bringing the total time up to 45 hours. The estimate is 50 if you are (incorrectly) rounding up to contain one significant figure.
In other news, a different SE developer made claims at Gamescom 2009 that the development of that game with the "Starcraft: Ghost" syndrome, FFXIII: Versus, will have a comparatively short development to FFXIII's.
Also, no FFVII remake. Fanboys, commence the whining. For PS3/FF fanboys, you can just keep complaining about how the company still doesn't think that the PS3 price drop is significant enough to change any fiscal outlooks But, as it turns out, the PS3 price drop doesn't mean anything anyways, so it's all good. American politicians could learn something from SE (and from certain dead senators).
Just a day before the proper English release of Dissidia: Final Fantasy, Square-Enix announces DISSIDIA FINAL FANTASY UNIVERSAL TUNING. According to Siliconera, this version will include the Arcade Mode that was added for the US version, English voice acting with Japanese subtitles, and over 100 additional character tuning options. Gamesaves from the original Japanese Dissidia will be able to transfer to Universal Tuning, much like the Monster Hunter upgrades on the PSP.
Universal Tuning will be out November 1st in Japan. Don't let that stop you from getting the US version of Dissidia tomorrow, though.

...There now happens to be a large collection of new screenshots from the in-development Final Fantasy entry, FFXIV. These feature some more shots of the battle system and the implments of pixelated genocide, enemy combatants.
Speaking of enemies, the librarian-looking female featured in several FFXIII trailers has been revealed as Jill Nabato. Beware of radial dialogue menus, Lorenados, and Quest Bolts.
