Square-Enix Expands Into China

Square-Enix has announced that they will expand to China with the construction of a new development studio in the city of Shanghai.

The new division will recruit from local developers to focus on creating online titles for the PC. Square-Enix vice president Keiji Honda will run the new Shanghai division, which is expected to be a part of the company's expansion in the Chinese market.
