At long last, a (presumably final) release date for Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children has been announced. The full-length CG movie will be released on DVD and PSP on April 25th.
The DVD version is a two-disc "Special Edition." It's lacking some of the content featured in the expensive Japanese set, but it does feature some nice bonus content, including:
- Deleted scenes
- "Making Of Advent Children" featurette
- Footage of Advent Children from the Venice Film Festival
- A sneak-peek at the upcoming games of the Compliation of Final Fantasy VII
- Story digest
The film has a running time of 101 minutes and will be rated PG-13 by the MPAA.
