    Tidus' Swordplay
    Overdrive Description
    Spiral Cut Tidus performs a chain of somersaults and damages an enemy with one deadly swing.
    Slice & Dice Tidus randomly attacks all enemies. This can be obtained after performing 10 successful overdrives.
    Energy Rain Tidus runs towards an enemy then jumps into the air and casts down energy shots of rain to all enemies. This overdrive can be obtained after successfully performing 30 overdrives.
    Blitz Ace Tidus runs towards an enemy and attacks multiple times. Then puts his sword down and jumps into the air where another character throws him a blitzball that he will use to kick at the enemy as the final blow! This overdrive can be obtained after successfully performing 80 overdrives.
    Tidus can obtain new overdrives by successfully performing his current overdrive for a certain number of times. In order to successfully perform an overdrive you must press the X button to make the cursor stop in the middle of the meter. You must get this before the time runs out. Note that for every unsuccessful turn your attack weakens.

    Yuna's overdrive is fairly simple compared to the other characters. Once she hits overdrive she will be able to summon an aeon with a full overdrive gauge. Although after summoning that aeon, its overdrive gauge returns to it's original state prior to the Grand Summon. Meaning, if you have full gauge before using Grand Summon, your gauge will not be affected.


    Auron's Bushido
    Overdrive Description
    Dragon Fang Auron lauches into the air and violently lands into the ground damaging all enemies.

    Sequence: Down, Left, Up, Right, L1, R1, Circle, X
    Shooting Star Auron charges at an enemy that almost always causes it to be ejected from battle. This can be obtained after defeating Spherimorph in Macalania Forest and finding one of Jecht's sphere.

    Sequence: Triangle, Circle, Square, X, Left, Right, X
    Banishing Blade Auron attacks an enemy and induces it with Power, Armor, Magic and Mental Break. This can be obtained after collecting three of Jecht's spheres.

    Sequence: Up, L1, Down, R1, Right, Left, Triangle
    Tornado Auron spins to create a powerful tornado propelling all enemies into the air. Then throws his wine jug causing a powerful explosion. This can be obtained after collecting all ten of Jecht's spheres.

    Sequence: X, Right, R1, Left, L1, Triangle
    Auron's overdrive requires you to press a sequence of buttons in order to perform his overdrives. Like Zell's limit break you must press the correct buttons before the time runs out. If you make a mistake you have to start over. To obtain more overdrives, you are required to collect Jecht and Braska's spheres found all over Spira. There is a total of ten Jecht spheres located all over Spira.

    Rikku's Mix enables you to combine two items to form better ones. Combining different items produce various results. Sometimes mixing the same items double the effect.


    Wakka's Slots

    Obtaining all of Wakka's overdrives requires you to play Blitzball. In order to obtain each overdrive, you must first win some tournaments and league games. Once you've played over 20 or more games, that will be the time you will have access to Wakka's overdrives which can be won as prizes in tournaments and leagues.

    Lulu's overdrive consists of casting a barage of magic spells to an enemy without using MP. In order to accomplish this you have to use your right analog stick and rotate it clockwise for a number of times. The number of spells may depend on how strong the spell you're casting. Sometimes the number of rotations change after reaching a certain number.

    Jump Kimahri jumps in the air and attacks an enemy using his spear. N/A
    Fire Breath Causes Fire damage to all enemies. Dual Horn, Grendel, Valaha and Yenke Ronso.
    Seed Cannon An non-elemental attack that causes a small amount of damage to an enemy. Grat, Ragora and Sandragora.
    Self-Destruct Kimahri uses himself as a sacrifice to heavily damage an enemy. By doing so he disappears from battle. Bomb, Grenade, Puroburos and Biran Ronso.
    Thrust Kick A non-elemental attack that causes a lot of damage to an enemy. It sometimes causes an enemy to be ejected from battle. YKT-11, YKT-63 and Biran Ronso.
    Stone Breath A status spell that inflicts Petrification to all enemies. Basilisk, Anacondaur and Yenke Ronso.
    Aqua Breath Causes Water damage to all enemies. Chimera, Chimera Brain, Chimerageist and Yenke Ronso.
    Doom Casts a countdown that causes immediate death to an enemy. Ghost, Wraith and Biran Ronso.
    White Wind A support spell that heals the party using 1/2 of Kimahri's current HP. Spirit, Dark Flan and Yenke Ronso.
    Bad Breath A status spell that inflicts random status ailments to all enemies. Malboro and Great Malboro.
    Mighty Guard A support spell that casts Shell, Protect and NulAll to the entire party. Behemoth, Behemoth King and Biran Ronso.
    Nova A non-elemental spell that heavily damages all enemies. Omega Weapon and Nemesis.
    Kimahri's overdrive can increase just like that of the previous Final Fantasy games which is by learning an enemy's skills or magic. Using his Lancet ability, Kimahri can learn any learnable skill or magic spell of an enemy. Otherwise, he absorbs a small amount of the enemy's HP and MP.
